Once we receive your request, our support team will review it and take the necessary steps to delete your personal data from our system. We may reach out to you for further verification to ensure the security of your data.
After we process your request, we will send you a confirmation email. When an account is deleted, it is deactivated and anonymized: your login credentials and sessions are removed, your profile details are scrambled, and your activity data (such as saves, likes, points, and search history) is deleted. Some contributions are retained in anonymized form — in particular, reviews you published remain visible but are no longer shown under your name, collections you created are made private, and reservation or guest records are kept by the relevant restaurants for their own records. We also retain limited data where the law requires it.
If you would like content we retain in anonymized form — such as your reviews — to be fully removed as well, please say so in your request and we will honour it unless we are required or permitted by law to keep it. Please note that deletion cannot be reversed.
